General Information

Eligibility: Grades 4-8 (Grades 4-6 are considered youth teams. Grades 7-8 are considered Portage middle school teams.)
Tentative Start Date: First week in August 2024
Registration Fee: $125
Regular Registration Deadline: Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM ($50 late fee applies to all registrations after this deadline.)
Late Registration Deadline: Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 11:59 PM (Only pre-approved registrations will be accepted after this deadline.)
Late Fee: $50 - This $50 late fee will be applied to all registrations submitted after the Regular Registration Deadline.

To begin a registration, complete our Athlete Registration Form. You must fill out the registration form completely. You are able to save your progress and finish it at a later time. HOWEVER, a registration will not be considered complete until you submit it along with payment. Online payment through the form is required by default. If this presents an issue to you or you would like to pay by cash or check, please contact us as soon as possible. If you enter all of your information and do not submit the registration with payment, your registration is NOT submitted.

ADDITIONAL ACTION REQUIRED FOR 7th & 8th Grade PLAYERS

For the 2024 season, all 7th & 8th grade players need to register with Portage Warrior Football on this website. After registering, additional forms will be required to be completed via Infinite Campus through the Portage Community School District since these are school sponsored teams. THE FORMS ON INFINITE CAMPUS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF JULY. Please fill out the forms on our website as soon as possible because it helps with game scheduling.  Contact the school district with any questions you have about these additional requirements.

7th & 8th grade players are not fully registered until they have:

1. Registered on this website and paid the registration fee.
2. Registered through the school district's Infinite Campus portal and paid their athletic fee.
3. Completed all additional school district forms and physical requirements.
